About Kevin Frith,

The Journey

Raised in a challenged community in lower St Andrew, Jamaica, Kevin Frith’s early life shaped a mindset rooted in resilience, discipline, and self-determination. From an early age, business became his focus—not as an aspiration, but as a pathway to impact.

After completing high school in Jamaica, he trained in mechanical engineering and technical engineering drawing before migrating to the United States to pursue broader business opportunities.

Building the Foundation

In 2009, Frith founded The Wizard of Business, a consultancy serving Jamaican and Caribbean-owned businesses in Connecticut and New York. Despite entering the field with limited formal exposure, the firm operated successfully until 2012 and laid the groundwork for a career in entrepreneurship and business advisory spanning more than 12 years.

Expanding Across Industries

Returning to Jamaica in 2012, Frith launched multiple ventures that strengthened his presence across consumer products, marketing, and services.
